We are a family business that attaches great importance to the local atmosphere, quality and sustainability and this is reflected in our apartments. We only use green electricity and our house and the water is heated with wood from our own forest.
Our farm is integrated into an excellent infrastructure. In a few minutes you reach the center of Lofer. Hiking trails, bike paths, cross-country ski trails and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. And in winter, you will be picked up from the ski bus right outside the front door.
For each apartment is a carportplace reserved.

The Almenwelt Lofer is an ideal skiing area for families. On 46 km of slopes you will find skiing pleasure in different difficulty levels and the quaint ski huts invite you to stop by. For those who prefer to walk, there is a beautiful circular walk that leads off the slopes through the snowy landscape.
The entry point for the ski bus, which is for free, is right next to our farm.
All cross-country enthusiasts will get their expense. In the immediate vicinity of our farm is the entry point into the more than 80 km long well-groomed cross-country network.
In winter our animals are all on the farm again and we are always happy when the children help with the feeding in the stable.
